During my time at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, I was responsible for installing and configuring network devices such as routers and switches for clients. I performed routine network maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal connectivity, while also collaborating with team members to analyze and resolve network disruptions. In 2021, I was promoted to Supervisor, where I managed a sales marketing team and developed network improvement strategies, including escalation of complex technical issues to enhance overall service quality.

I was responsible for IT maintenance, troubleshooting, and asset documentation across multiple BRI branches. This included repairing IT devices, conducting inventory assessments, and providing recommendations for repair or replacement. I also coordinated with central IT teams to expedite issue resolution and managed branch network systems to maintain stable and reliable operations for staff.

Currently, I handle hardware and software troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of IT systems while maintaining the stability of networks, servers, and internal systems supporting banking operations. I provide technical support to employees, manage IT infrastructure including server monitoring and data backup, and implement IT security policies. I play a key role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure banking services.

As a freelancer, I provide MikroTik configuration services for government institutions and private companies, as well as CCTV installation and troubleshooting integrated into local networks. I manage firewalls, optimize bandwidth, and implement automatic failover routing systems to ensure network stability. I also offer IT consulting services and deliver tailored solutions based on client requirements.

Completed a vocational program focused on computer systems, networking, and IT fundamentals. Gained practical experience in configuring networks, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Informatics Engineering. Focused on software development, computer systems, and network technologies.
